Your tasks:
• Transcriptomics (bulk and scRNAseq), epigenetic (DNA methylation, ATACseq), and
proteomic analyses
• T cell receptor repertoire analyses
• Cell-culture assays (siRNA technology and CRISPR gene editing)
• Microscopy, immunoblot and flow cytometry
• Correlation of molecular with biological and clinical data
Your profile:
• Completed Diploma or Master degree in natural sciences in the field of either Medical
Sciences, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, lmmunology, Biochemistry, Biophysics,
Bioinformatics, or equivalent disciplines
• First experience in molecular and cell biology techniques and interest in working with
patient - derived in vitro model systems
• Initial experience with bioinformatics analysis of high throughput analyses
• Candidates should be fluent in spoken and written English
• You are flexible, committed and a team player able to work independently

• Working in an international multidisciplinary research group addressing the molecular
and immunological characterization of skin cancer with the focus on the molecular
regulation of tumor progression, metastasis and immune escape. This includes the
application of state--of-the-art technologies such as single cell and spatial transcriptomics
or antibody based proteomics
• Joining a collaborative project that addresses the role of the immune system in
cutaneous T-cell lymphoma and how this role is altered by the local microbiome
