Two postdoctoral fellowships are available now in the team of Prof Tiffany Walsh at the Institute for Frontier Materials, Deakin University, Geelong, Australia, in the area of computational materials science/computational chemistry.

Candidates must have a demonstrated track record in molecular simulation, as well as a PhD in computational chemistry, materials science, physics or engineering. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.
The research topic is use of molecular simulation to investigate the interface between inorganic surfaces such as gold, graphene, and carbon nanotubes and biomolecules such as peptides, proteins and nucleic acids (DNA and RNA).
Both positions are for 2 years duration full-time. Salary range $100,472 - $125,568 AUD depending on experience. There is some flexibility with salary for the right candidates.
No relocation to Geelong required. Successful candidates can elect to work from home - provided they are resident in Australia, have the right to work in Australia, and have an Australian bank account.
