The Laboratory of Comparative and Translational Oncology at University of Sao Paulo announces the opening of applications for a postdoctoral position in the field of Development of Innovative Therapies for Veterinary Oncology.
This call aims to attract highly qualified and motivated researchers to contribute significantly to the advancement of research on the development of recombinant oncolytic viruses based on reverse genetics for Precision Veterinary Oncology.
1. Requirements
• Ph.D. in molecular biology or related fields, completed within the last seven years.
• Proven experience in molecular biology of recombinant viruses with specific abilities such as genetic modification of viruses, reverse genetics, molecular cloning, DNA/RNA sequencing, and related areas.
• Relevant publications in the field.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
2. Activities
• Develop and conduct research projects in the field of Innovative Therapies and Precision Medicine.
• Publish research results in high-impact journals.
• Participate in group meetings and collaborate with other researchers.
• Supervise undergraduate and graduate students when applicable.

• Scholarship for 36 months, with the possibility of extension up to 48 months (R$ 9.318,90/month ~ 1,760 USD/month).
